Description

The project involved replacing the roof of Block D — the Gymnasium — and refurbishing the drainage and waterproofing systems on the roof of Block C — the Library — at Sebastião da Gama Secondary School in Setúbal.The works include the demolition and removal of existing elements, the installation of new waterproofing and rainwater drainage systems, and the replacement of the gymnasium roof. The project also covers the installation and repair of sports flooring, finishes, plasterwork, ceilings and painting; the treatment of cracks and concrete elements; the repair and replacement of doors and windows; the reinstallation of sports equipment, solar panels, lighting and safety systems; as well as watertightness testing and final finishing works.
